Ebb&Flow
for PMDD, PME and severe PMS

However alone it feels,
you are not on your own.

The people who love you write to you when you're well. Ebb&Flow keeps what they wrote and hands it back on the days you can't hear it any other way — alongside the chart that finally gets you taken seriously.

Cancel in two taps. No ads, nothing sold, nobody watching.

Shaded rows are luteal
how it works

Log the day. Confirm the dose. Read the pattern.

one
every day
Tap what's here
Twelve symptoms as buttons. Tap once for mild, again to raise it. On a bad day, switch to one question at a time and skip whatever you like.
two
the missing layer
Confirm the dose
Patches, tablets, supplements — whatever you actually take, named by you. Confirm or mark it skipped. Both go on the chart, which is what makes a spike explainable.
three
over cycles
Watch the shape appear
Symptom load against cycle day, with every patch change marked. Two cycles in, the pattern is usually already visible.
also inside
The month chart
The paper tracker you may already know, kept for you, luteal days shaded.
Doctor-ready report
Three cycles on two pages, ready for the appointment.
Reminders that let go
Each one nudges once, then stops.
Medication that fits real life
Patches, luteal-only tablets, whatever you take, with patch site rotation.
Written for the appointment
Plain guides, and words to use when you're told it's just PMS.
Private by construction
Your chart never reaches anyone. Export it yourself or nobody sees it.

from your people

The people who love you, on the days you can't hear them.

Invite your mum, your partner, the friend who always answers. They get a link, no app, no account, and one box: what would you want her to hear on a hard day?

Ebb&Flow keeps every word and hands one back on the days your chart says are heaviest. They never see your chart, only your name and what they wrote.

I am not going anywhere on the bad days. I never have been.
From Tom · written in March
You were kind to me when you had nothing left. I remember it every month.
From Priya · written in July
Whatever you decide to cancel this week, I'm still coming over on Sunday.

and circle

Somewhere to be seen, by people who already get it.

The week nobody outside understands is the week Circle is busiest. Ask if the patch is meant to feel like this. Post the small win that felt enormous. Someone on day 24 will know exactly what you mean.

Post as Anonymous or as your first name. A person reads every post before it appears, and nothing from your chart ever comes with you.

Day 24 and I've just cried at a bin lorry
Not even a sad one. It went past and that was it. Tell me it lifts on Thursday like it did last month?

Said "it's cyclical" and put the chart on the desk
She actually read it. Referral in. Three months of dots did what two years of explaining never managed.

questions

Things people ask us

Why is there no free version?
Because there are no ads and nothing is sold on. £3.50 a month is what runs it. If that's the reason you can't use it, write to us — there's a fund.
Do I need a diagnosis to use it?
No. Most people arrive without one — the chart is often what gets them taken seriously enough to be assessed.
What if I miss days?
Nothing happens. There are no streaks and no guilt copy. You can fill in an earlier day whenever you're able, and it lands on the chart with its original date.
Who can see what I write?
Only you see your chart and medication log. In Circle you choose your name or stay anonymous. The people you invite see your name and their own messages — never your symptoms.
Three cycles from now, you'll have something nobody can wave away.
