Ebb&Flow is a tracking and support companion for PMDD. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a crisis service. Reports are a record of what you logged, for you to discuss with a clinician. If you are in danger, contact the crisis lines in Support or emergency services.
You must be 16 or over. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in.
Tracking is free. Ebb&Flow Plus is £3.50/month, billed by Stripe, cancellable any time from the Account screen — you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Every post is read by a human moderator before it appears. Be kind; advice only if asked. We remove content and, if needed, accounts that make Circle unsafe. Don't post others' personal information. Content about self-harm is redirected to Support rather than published — that's protection, not punishment.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions made based on logged data or community content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
